๐Ÿ‘‰how to enjoy your tea

Warm Pause is a loose-leaf naturally caffeine-free herbal tea blend, hand crafted as a ceremonial offering for decompression, presence & renewed recalibration.

This small-batch blend features Appalachian-grown marigolds and calming organic botanicals of lemon balm, spearmint  and red rooibos, destined to be both beautiful and delicious.
The result is a layered, sensory tea experience: smooth, comforting, and gently uplifting from the first sip to the last.

The Warm Pause is a loose-leaf herbal tea. Loose-leaf tea is easy to prepare and doesn’t require special equipment.

How to Enjoy & Prepare Warm Pause Herbal Tea

Step 1: Measure
Use one level teaspoon of tea per 8 oz cup.

Step 2: Prepare your tea
You can add the tea directly to your mug and strain it after steeping using a small sieve or by pouring carefully. If you have a tea ball, infuser, or reusable tea bag, place the tea inside and set it in your mug or teapot.

Step 3: Heat the water
Bring fresh, cold water to a full boil. Once it boils, allow it to cool for about 20 seconds.

Step 4: Steep
Pour the hot water over the tea and let it steep for 3-5 minutes. This blend is gentle and forgiving, so if it steeps a little longer, it will still taste beautiful. This blend does not get bitter if 'over-steeped.'

Step 5: Enjoy!
Remove the infuser or strain the tea. Sip slowly.

For iced tea, add one teaspoon of Warm Pause to a mason jar with 8 oz of water and place it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, strain and enjoy over ice. You can also prepare it hot, then pour it over ice for a brighter, more aromatic cup. Perfect for slow afternoons, garden walks, or warm evenings on the porch.

Many people choose to turn this moment of tea drinking into a tea ritual — a practice of presence, reflection, and care.
